• Experience working in education/career pathway environments and collaborating with economic development professionals
• Has served in bureaucratic decision-making roles for years, therefore understand the political and funding process
  • Expertise on how to design effective strategies that will gain project approvals through the political process
  • Collaborate with partners in terms of researching and applying for funding sources to make these projects a reality

• Thoroughly design every career pathway project that are specific to needs of each partner and student participant
• Active in memberships and access to resources that allow me to stay abreast with the latest research that could impact career pathway projects and economic development initiatives
